About Us

The organisation works in Uganda.  Centre For Children and Library Foundation (CECLIF) is a Community Based Organisation(CBO) whose motto is:  “Child Protection Advocacy and Literacy Improvement for all Children”.

Presence in: Uganda and  Having working  Collaboration and Networking with both internal and Internationational partners.
Focus: Education, Child Protection Advocacy, Health, Partnership, Clean Energy , Economic Empowernment, Research and Network

Centre for Children’and Library Foundation (CECLIF) was founded on 3rd December, 2020  in Eastern Region of Uganda by Okiru Omunyoi Denis and the other Team of Volunteers. It is a not-for-profit-making Community Based organisation founded and existing in Uganda.
Legal Status: CECLIFoundation got legally registered on 3rd December, 2020, with the The Non-Govermental Organisations Monitoring Committee  of Tororo District Government under supervision of Uganda NGO Bureau.

Build a Pre-school in Uganda-

CENTRE FOR CHILDREN AND LIBRARY FOUNDATION(CECLIF)  implements a preschool project and plans to make expansions of  classroom blocks  at ASHOMAN KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL -PROJECT- to provide safe learning environment and free education for children from the poorest of poor families with no access to safe, high quality early childhood education.

The school will target children from 3 to 5 years by investing in their early childhood education as the most effective way to break the cycle of poverty. It will lay the foundation for success in school, career and life.
